As a general principle, I am quite distant from to either application on the basis of scientific justifications. Let me explain why;

I guess none of my colleagues would really like to take this responsibility.

The breasts form their unique three-dimensional shape, within a personal process under the effect of skin elasticity, gravity, bra use and breastfeeding n the basis of the characteristics of the skin  which cover them, the muscle, fat and breast tissues that they contain. In line with this principle, this socio-psycho-aesthetic organ that deserves respect and a very careful approach

The number of breast asymmetries encountered in the late period is not insignificant given the fact that fat loss may be encountered in an unpredictable manner in fat grafts that are used for enlarging the breast. Besides, the stem cells and growth factors that are transported together with fat cells have the potential to induce cancer in the hormone receptor-based sensitive breast tissues to which they are transplanted. I suggest that in particular the patients with a family history of breast cancer should take into account such a possibility. The fact that this procedure could be performed under local anesthesia does not mean that it can also be performed anywhere without the need for a hospital environment. We often see and hear that, this procedure is applied by people with the title of aesthetician even though they do not have any expertise and license, by persuading the patients with its ease and short duration.

I recommend you to primarily consider the importance of your health and not to embark on this adventure, whose content and future are unknown. Inquire the content of the fillers and make sure that it are approved to as “safe and usable” by reputable scientific laboratories. Most of these water-retaining products, which provide provisional solutions, have other forms that are applied to face, legs and hip regions apart from the breasts.
