    1. Those who want to stay healthy, should avoid eating ready-made ice cream. It contains sugar, which fatten the body. Sugar is toxic.
    2. In general, the fruit is harmful, contains dangerous sugar (fructose), its content is the same as alcohol, both are poison, it is not digested in the body with its 5-carbon structure and it is stored in the liver, that is, it fattens the liver.
    3. Cellulite is triggered and formed by excessive accumulation of fat in the body. Sugar causes cellulite.
    4. All types of flour (found in bread, pies, pancakes, pretzels and sugary drinks etc.) increases blood sugar; it is toxic for the cells. Sugar could erode even the tooth enamel which has the toughest and most durable elements found in nature, then think to what extent it could give damage to our bodies.
    5. Rice pilaf, potato triggers a heart attack. Following their consumption, the sudden splatter of glucose releases a large amount of insulin, contracting blood vessels due to its anabolic properties, causing blood attacks and sudden death for people at risk.

It is therefore addictive. (One of the most important harmful effects of sweeteners is that they cause the secretion of insulin from the pancreas even if they are not real sugars. Besides, they destroy the beneficial (probiotic) bacteria found in our intestines. This causes damage to our imune system, causing sickness more often and for longer periods. N.S.)
    10. Those people who cannot lose weight loss could have an allergy and/or food intolerance test.

    7. Leptin is the only hormone that burns fat in our body. It works in parallel to insulin hormone. Insulin is used to store fat from the sugar in the blood (weight), and Leptin burns the fat stored in the body with its balancing function. Leptin is secreted 4 hours after ingestion and it breaks fats. Leptin burns fat as a snack for the body of a person, who is hungry for 4-5 hours. Therefore, if you stop eating 4 hours before bedtime, your body will burn fat in your sleep.
    8. Stress suppresses our immune system. Olive oil is like breast milk of our mothers offered by Nature. It’s very valuable. It should be consumed frequently. It contains Omega 3. Natural and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil should be preferred.
    9. All processed products with extended shelf life contain trans-fat, they are carcinogenic
    10. If fats are consumed frequently, sugar addiction decreases. Omega 6 is present actually Corn-Sunflower oil, and Omega 9 in Olive Oil. There is no need to take omega 3-6-9 at the same time. Omega 3 is enough. In industrial nutrition, the omega 3/6 ratio should normally be 1/1 (1/4 in breast milk), while it is 1/50 in people who have high the blood pressure, diabetes and who had heart attack. Omega 6 is available in all packaged products. That’s why we need to try to obtain Omega 3 as much as possible. Do not consume Omega 6. We can already obtain Omega 9 from olive oil. Omega 3 is available in fish oil and abundant in breast milk, walnut and egg yolk.
    11. One molecule carbohydrate (grains) holds 190 molecules of water in body. Don’t be a bread fool. Bread (wheat) dilutes the brain. Stop eating the bread and get rid of the edema instantly.
    12. Honey contains 60% fructose (sugar obtained from fruits) and 40% glucose (sugar we use with tea. Molasses is 100% composed of Fructose. Fructose and glucose increase uric acid in the blood and causes gout. Meat does not cause Gout but sugar may. Grapes, pears, watermelons, dates and apples contain high level of sugar.
    13. Sheep and cows are full of fat, from top to bottom of their bodies. Those animals which eat meat, on the other hand, are fat-free. Look at carnivores in the nature, tigers, etc. The sacrifice animals are fed with grain and wheat to gain more weight just before the Feast of sacrifice. Anasayfa-made yogurts keep your stomach full for a long time.
    14. Two handfuls of nuts is a great alternative to pass the meal at noon.
    15. Sausage and salami purchased from the market are dangerous for our health as they contain nitrate and glycosamine to prolong the shelf life. Pastırma (cured spiced beef) is beneficial as it is not processed.
